All members understand and accept that by using and/or visiting any section of the BetLuckys.ag website and/or registering on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our privacy policy, and the rules provided on our site. All members are considered to have accepted and understood all the Terms.

Please read the Terms carefully and if you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Website. The Terms will also apply to all phone, via desktop and mobile device betting.

When you play any game, or place a wager, using the BetLuckys.ag, you accept and agree to be bound by, the Rules which apply to the applicable products available on the Website.

We may change the Terms & Conditions from time to time for a number of reasons in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations. If any change is unacceptable to you, you should cease using the BetLuckys.ag and/or close your account. If, however, you continue to use the BetLuckys.ag after the date on which the changes to the Terms & Conditions have come into effect, you will be considered to have accepted those changes.

The right to access and/or use the BetLuckys.ag may be illegal in certain countries. You are responsible for determining whether the use of the BetLuckys.ag is compliant with applicable laws in your jurisdiction and you warrant to us that gambling is not illegal in the territory where you reside.

All members must be over at least 18 years of age in some jurisdictions 21, to make any kind of use of BetLuckys.ag site. BetLuckys.ag reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided.

All information supplied when registering at BetLuckys.ag MUST be accurate and complete in all aspects. If using a credit or debit card, the cardholder's name MUST match the name on the account. When this is not the case, the affected account will be suspended. All bets/wagers that are placed prior to an account being suspended will stand - win or lose.

If your card shows a double charge, or was charged by mistake or without your authorization, we will consider your case and, if validated, will refund your purchase. In case you acknowledge the charge but want to cancel the transaction and request a refund, please send an email to support@BetLuckys.ag or contact us through our Live Chat service for assistance. Please contact our support team for further information about your transactions and about refunds or cancellations. Any member found to be committing credit card fraud of any kind will be subject to criminal and/or civil prosecution. Winnings resulting from the illicit use of such credit cards will automatically be forfeited.

Customers must keep their personal account information confidential as the account holder is responsible for all wagers placed on the account and any other activities taken place on the account.

In the case that a third party places a bet using the correct username and password for a specific account, all wagers placed will be considered to be valid, whether the account holder had authorized the third party had knowledge or not.

Only one account per customer, per household per IP address will be allowed. The creation of multiple accounts will result in an auditing and suspension or closure of the account. All wagers will be voided if this kind of activity is determined. BetLuckys.ag reserves to close or suspend any account at any given point for any given reason if considered pertinent.

All wagers are final once accepted and may not be changed or reversed. After following the confirmation process, all bets are final. As in any gambling game, there is the risk of losing money. All players choose to wager money at their own discretion and risk.
