General Rules

  1. BETLUCKYS rules closely follow the ones from Las Vegas Sportsbook. Their purpose is to protect both our company and you, the bettor.
  2. All clients must be 18 years and above.
  3. BETLUCKYS treats its customer betting accounts with utmost confidentiality and privacy; that’s why all calls are recorded on tape and kept for eventual disputes for a period of seven days.
  4. BETLUCKYS also reserves the right to refuse a wager at any time, from any bettor and without any particular cause. The company can also refuse wagers from clients who reside in states or provinces that forbid sports wagering.
  5. The information in this document, including rules, regulations, and payoffs is subject to change without prior written notice.
  6. Every time a client calls or logs in to BETLUCKYS, he must identify himself using his betting account number and password. The client has sole responsibility for reminding his password and account number.
  7. Account balances will reflect any wagers on future propositions or any pending wagers.
  8. Players won’t be allowed to risk more money than is available in their account.
  9. At the end of the call, all clients must confirm their bets with the operator using their account number and password. The caller is responsible for listening and understanding the read-back from the operator before any wager is confirmed. If, for any reason, the call is dropped before the process is finalized, management has the power to make any decision regarding the bet.
  10. Once the caller has confirmed the wagers and the call is concluded, no wager can be cancelled. The only way for a client to cancel a wager is to bet on the opposite side of the contest in which he initially wagered.
  11. When wagering on half-time lines, the over-time period(s) are considered as a part of the second half.
  12. For over/under wagers, over-time periods are included in the final score.
  13. The maximum betting payout for any parlay is $150,000.
  14. All minimums, maximums, and betting payout prices are subject to change without prior written notice.
  15. In case of wagering disputes, the read-back from the recorded call will define the dispute and rule it final.
  16. In case of suspended games, protest games, or overturned decisions, BETLUCKYS follows Las Vegas gaming rules for wagering purposes. In any other manner, BETLUCKYS does not recognize suspended games, protests and overturned decisions for wagering purposes.
  17. All sporting events must be played on the specified date unless otherwise noted. In cases of postponed and/or rescheduled events and when there is change of venue, the event will automatically constitute "no action." This means all monies for that event will be refunded unless sport specific rules state otherwise. All parlays/exotics will be recalculated excluding that leg of the parlay, using payout charts for that sport/betting instance. In the case of individual tennis matches, there is no action if the match is not fully completed due to withdrawal/incapacity or disqualification. If a match is rescheduled due to scheduling and weather problems, bad lighting, etc., all wagers have action and all wagers stand.
  18. All betting payoffs are calculated from the odds OR with the odds in effect at the time of the wager.
  19. Clients are forbidden to parlay the same team with both the point spread and the money line. Multiple bets are not accepted in correlated plays; that is, where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another.
  20. BETLUCKYS does not report any client’s transactions to any financial institution or government agency. The client is solely accountable for reporting such information to the appropriate taxable jurisdiction.
  21. BETLUCKYS is not responsible for clients who disclose their password and account number to third parties.
  22. BETLUCKYS is not responsible for any misrepresentation by any customer upon application for membership.
  23. The winner of an event or game will be determined on the date the event is concluded.
  24. In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, scheduled time, or maximum wager, any wagers will be deemed "no action" and all monies will be credited accordingly.
  25. Any account participating in bonus fraud must forfeit all bonuses and bonus points received. Before any withdrawal can be processed, account validation may be required. Likewise, the account will be restricted from access to the poker room and certain withdrawal methods.
  26. Event’s dates and kick-off time shown have guidance purposes only. Bets will be accepted up to the advertised kick-off time. If for any reason a bet is inadvertently accepted after an event or match has started, the selection(s) affected will be made void.
  27. BETLUCKYS reserves the right to take away any bonus such as a free plays any time, without providing any explanation.
  28. All future wagers are accepted as "All In", Run or Not Run, Entered or Not Entered. If a selection does not take part, stakes are lost on a future bet. In case of a tie where 3 or more competitors are offered in one betting option, the payout will be divided by the number of players/competitors tied.
  29. Book-to-Book and Player-to-Player transfers will only be permitted after the player has received two or more withdrawals from BETLUCKYS to the original name listed on the account. All transfers require a 3X rollover before a payout can be requested.

Rollover Conditions

  1. The rollover requirement of your BETLUCKYS bonus is the number of times you have to wager the amount that you deposited before you are able to cash out.
  2. For sign-up and reload bonuses in BETLUCKYS, the rollover is calculated by multiplying the initial deposit amount times the total of the rollover. For instance, a $300 deposit with a 25% 3-time rollover would be calculated by taking your $300 deposit and multiplying it by the 3-time rollover, which results in $900 in total sports action before you can request a payout. Casino, Racebook, and Poker action does not count towards rollover (only sports wagers are considered).
  3. Please keep in mind that the lower amount between the risk and win amount is applied toward your rollover requirement. Note also that casino, poker and horse betting action does not apply toward your BETLUCKYS bonus rollover.
  4. A rollover will be considered met when a customer meets the required amount in action, or the combination of the account's cash balance AND Free Play balance drops to less than $5.
  5. Wagers placed on both sides of the same game/rotation number will NOT count towards rollover.

Wager

STRAIGHT

When you choose a team and point spread, you’re making a straight bet. The cost of the straight bet is 10/11 or $110 to win $100.

For example:

Houston Rockets +6

Miami Heat -6

If the straight bet is made on Heat -6, this means Heat must win by more than 6 points so the bet can win.

If the straight bet is made on the Rockets +6, this means the Rockets cannot lose by more than 5 points so the bet can win

If the game should land on 6 points, your bet is then a "push" and it will result in "no action". example: a final score of Rockets 90 and Heat 96

Parlay

You can combine two or more teams or totals to make one single wager. All the teams must win by the point spread margin; the circled games, proposition plays, and future bets cannot be parlayed.

Parlay Payoffs can be estimated using the following steps (see example below, too):

For example, you play the Red Sox +150 and the Red Sox game over 8 -120 in a two team parlay and bet $100. Your potential winnings can be calculated in the following manner:

1. Calculate Parlay Factor for each piece: if piece price is positive, add one to get factor. If piece price is negative calculate the reciprocal, multiply by -1, and then add one.

1.50 1 = 2.50

-1.20 (take reciprocal or divide one by the negative price) 1/1.20 = 0.83 + 1 = 1.83

2. Multiply all the factors, and then multiply this factor times the bet amount. The resulting amount is the payoff, including your bet.

2.50 1.83 = 4.57 (multiply this times your bet) x 100 = 457

$457 is your total return if both pieces win, including your bet amount

3. Subtract your bet from the number you calculated in step 2. The resulting amount is your winnings.

This also works for three, four, five, etc. team parlays; just follow the steps, but remember, this will provide you with a rough estimate because actual winnings could differ due to rounding.

In the event of a of tie or no action, the parlay will go back to a lower level payoff, except in the case of a 2-team parlay, where a tie will revert to a straight bet.

457 - 100 = 357 Winnings

Note: All parlays are based on a format of true odds, except for the parlay cards.

Betting on Football: Teaser Wager

This a type of wager where you select 2 to 7 teams together in a single wager with an adjusted point spread. In this type of wager, you can add points to the sides or else mix both the sides and the totals by adding or subtracting from the totals. If one of the selections loses, then the teaser is a loss.

For example:

2-team teaser 7 points for $100

Indianapolis Colts -7+7 points = teased line is now "pick"

Boston Patriots +7+7 pts = teased line is now +14

Payout in a 2 team teaser for 7 points is 10/13. In this example, you lay $130 to win $100.

Betting on Football: Pleaser Wager

This a type of wager where you select 2 to 6 teams together in a single wager with an adjusted 6 point spread in favor of the house. In this type of wager (pleaser) you can subtract points from the sides, but no totals are allowed. If one of the selections loses, the pleaser is a loss.

For example:

2 team pleaser 6pts for $100

Indianapolis Colts -7-6 pts = teased line is now -13

Boston Patriots +7-6 pts = teased line is now +1

Payout in a 2-team pleaser is 6 to 1. In this example, you lay $100 to win $600.

Basketball Betting | Basketball Pleaser Wager (NBA Only)

This is a wager in which 2 to 6 teams are selected together in one wager with an adjusted 4 to 5 point spread in favor of the house. In a pleaser you subtract points from the sides (no totals allowed). If one selection loses the teaser is considered a loss.

Example:
2 team pleaser 5pts for $100
Miami Heat -7 (add -5 pts) = the teased line is now -12
Boston Celtics +7(add -5 pts) = the teased line is now +2

The payout in a 2 team NBA 5 PT pleaser is 6 to 1. Therefore, in this case you would lay $100 to win $600.

If Bets

For customers who want to have action on more than one game, but based on the results of the first wager, there are the If bets. If bets are offered in two types: “If Win Only” and “If Win/Ties or Cancelled”.

Example for If Win Only:

New York Giants -5 $110 to win $100

If Win Only

Chicago Bears +4 $110 to win $100

If the Giants lose, the wager is stopped right there and gets scored a loser -$110.

If the Giants win +$100, the wager will continue to the Bears wager.

If the Bears win, the wager is a $200 winner

If the Bears lose, the wager is a $10 loss.

If the Giants win by exactly 5, there will be no action on the Chicago Bears and the 110 will be returned to your account.

Example for If Win/Ties or Cancelled:

NY Giants -5 $110 to win $100

If Win/Ties or cancelled

Chicago Bears +4 $110 to win $100

In this example, the client will have action on the second part of the wager if NY should win by 5 or more points.

*The risk amount of the If Wager’s second part may not exceed the risk amount of the Wager’s first part.

WAGER LAST

REVERSE

Reverse wagers connect two contestants that are in two separate IF bets. The first IF connects contestant A to contestant B, the second bet connects contestant B to contestant A. Remember that Reverses are If bets in which you must select If Win Only or If Win/Ties or Cancelled.

For example:

A clients wishes a $100 Action Reverse with NE Patriots -9, and Denver Broncos +6. This is how the play would look:

PART A:

NE Patriots -9 Risking $110 to win $100. If that play wins or pushes, there will be action on the Denver Broncos +6 risking $110 to win $100. If the NE Patriots don't cover the -9 spread, there will be no action on the Denver Broncos +6.

PLUS

PART B:

Denver Broncos +3 risking $110 to win $100. If that play wins or pushes, there will be action on the New England Patriots -9 risking $110 to win $100. If the Broncos don't cover the +6 spread, there will be no action on the Patriots -9.

The total risk amount is $220.00, but the player has a possibility of winning up to $400.00.

ACTION POINTS

Action Points are offered for both football and basketball, and they are for the bettors who can

predict which team will win the game, and also predict by how many points. The action point wager

is capped from 1 point to a maximum of 10 points, plus the wager you risk cannot go over your

available balance. You risk $110 for every $100 wagered on this type of wager.

For example:

If you wagered $100 a point on the Washington Wizards, and ask for a cap of 10 points, Washington must win by at least 5 points; for every point over the point spread of 5 that they win by, you win $100. You would have the chance of winning between $100 and $1,000.

If Washington wins by 9 points, your net winnings would be $400, but if it fails to cover the point spread, you risk $110 for every point that they fall short of the 5-point spread. You can also use totals over or under, or the game’s underdog, getting 5 points.

This type of wager (action points) can be placed only through our call center.

Atlanta Hawks 191

Washington Wizards -5

MONEY LINE

For Football and Basketball betting, you can bet a point spread or a moneyline bet; with money lines you wager which team is going to win, disregarding the point spread.

For example:

Wagering on Orlando -280, you lay $280 to win $100.

Wagering on Houston +240, you lay $100 to win $240.

The line values are determined using the point spread as basis. By betting money lines, you are

betting on a team to win the game outright.

Orlando Magic -280

Houston Rockets +240

OPEN WAGERS

With Open wagers you can play teasers or parlays by making one selection at different moments and even on different days.

For example: 3 Team Parlay $100 to win $600

Cowboys -8

Dolphins -14

OPEN*

Any open wager left unfilled/pending for over 90 days will be cancelled.

No open spots on 10 point teasers. No open spots on parlays of 4 team or more.

The minimum amount is $50 for a bet placed online with 1 or 2 open spots, and the client must call to fill the open spots.

ROUND ROBINS

A Round Robin is a wager in which you combine three to ten teams or totals into a single play and all possible combinations of Parlays chosen by the customer. Any pick that you can parlay can be placed in a Round Robin.

Round Robins can be turned into Parlays; thus, the same rules as in a regular Parlay apply:

If one of the teams loses, all parlay combinations involving that team are a loss.

If one team pushes, all combinations involving that team turn into the lower Parlay or Straight bets, risking the same amount of the Parlay.

Round Robins do not allow Open Spots.

You can buy Points on as many picks as you want in a Round Robin, as long as the latter is broken into only 2 or 3 team combinations.

Also, whatever you risk on the Round Robin must apply to each of the 2 Parlay combinations

For example:

New York Knicks +7 -110

Houston Rockets +8 -110      -      A $50 RR, in combinations of 3 by 2’s

Cleveland/Denver Over 188 -110

1st Parlay 2nd Parlay 3rd Parlay
Knicks +7 Knicks +7 Houston +8
Houston +8 Cleveland / Denver Over 188 Cleveland / Denver Over 188
Risk $50 / Win $130 Risk $50 / Win $130 Risk $50 / Win $130

A 3-team Round Robin for $50 has 3 possible 2 team Parlay combinations, thus the maximum risk would be $150; each parlay would win $130, so the maximum win would be $390.

WAGER LAST

Wagering on Houston +240, you lay $100 to win $240.

The line values are determined using the point spread as basis. By betting money lines, you are

FOOTBALL

Official Game Times

Since bets are considered official after 55 minutes of play, if 55 minutes of play are not carried forth, a bet on the team will be treated as a no action, and a parlay bet will be reduced accordingly. Bets on the first and second halves and on all quarters shall be considered action when the period in question is completed. Bets made on spread, money line, totals for the whole game, plus all bets on second halves, will always include overtime scoring. Plus, bets for 4th quarter do not include overtime scoring.

The Game must be played on the date and site scheduled for it.

Betting on Football: Straight Wager

This wager involves choosing a team and point spread. The wager’s cost is 10/11 or $110 to win $100.

For example:

Green Bay Packers -7

Denver Broncos +7

If the straight wager is on the Packers -7, the Packers must win by 8 or more points for it to be a winner.

If the straight wager is on the Broncos +7, the Broncos cannot lose by more than 6 points for it to be a winner.

If the game lands on 7 points, the game is a "push" and will result in "no action".

Betting on Football: Totals (Over/Under)

This type of wager is on the combined scores (total) of a game, over or under the posted line. If you should place a wager for UNDER 38, the combined total score of both teams must fall UNDER 38 points.

For example:

Baltimore Ravens VS Atlanta Falcons TOTAL IS 38

If you place a wager for OVER 38, the combined total score of both teams must go OVER 38 points.

If the combined total score should fall on 38 points, the wager is a "PUSH" and there is "NO ACTION".

vertime counts for wagers that are placed for the game and for the second half.

Overtime will not count for wagers on the fourth quarter.

Betting on Football: Money Line Wager

With this type of wager you stipulate which team is going to win. Disregarding the point spread.

Example:

Green Bay Packers -280

Denver Broncos +240

When wagering on Green Bay -280, you lay $280 to win $100.

When wagering on Denver +240, you lay $100 to win $240.

Betting on Football: Parlay Wager

This wager involves a selection of teams in no particular order, and in one play. All the selected teams must win by the pointspread margin. More teams, greater payoff.

For example:

2 team parlay for $100

Green Bay Packers -7

Denver Broncos +7

ayout in a 2-team parlay is 2.64, which means you are risking $100 to win $264. In the event of a tie or no action, the parlay will revert to the lower level payoff, except in a 2-team

parlay where a tie reverts to a straight bet laying the original amount at risk.

Betting on Football: Teaser Wager

A wager in which 2 to 7 teams are selected together in one single wager with an adjusted point spread; here, you can add points to the sides or else mix both sides and totals, adding or subtracting to the totals. If one of the selections loses, the teaser will be considered a loss.

For example:

2 team teaser 7pts for $100

Green Bay -7+7 pts = teased line is now "pick"

Denver Broncos +7+7 pts = teased line is now +14

Payout in a 2-team teaser for 7 points is 10/13. In this example, you lay $130 to win $100.

Betting on Football: Pleaser Wager

A wager in which 2 to 6 teams are selected together in one single wager with an adjusted 6 point spread in favor of the house; here, you subtract points from the sides (no totals allowed). If one of the selections loses, the teaser will be considered a loss.

For example:

2 team pleaser 6pts for $100

Green Bay -7-6 pts = teased line is now -13

Denver Broncos +7-6 pts = teased line is now +1

Payout in a 2-team pleaser is 6 to 1. In this example, you lay $100 to win $600.

Basketball Betting: Straight Bet

This is a wager made when you choose a team and the point spread; the cost is 10/11 or $110 to win $100.

For example:

Toronto Raptors +6

Chicago Bulls -6

If the straight bet is placed on the Bulls -6, the Bulls must win by 6 or more points for the wager to win.

If the game should land on 6 points, the game is a "push" and will result in "no action".

If the straight bet is placed on the Raptors +6, the Raptors shouldn’t lose by more than 6 points for the wager to win.

Overtime will count for wagers placed for the game and for the second half.

Overtime will not count for fourth-quarter wagers.

Basketball Betting: Totals (Over/Under)

This is a wager placed on the combined scores (total) of a game, either over or under the posted line. The cost of the wager is 10/11.

For example:

Dallas Mavericks

Indiana Pacers

TOTAL IS 178

If placing a wager for UNDER 178, the combined total score of both teams must fall UNDER 178 points.

If placing a wager for OVER 178, the combined total score of both teams must go OVER 178 points.

If the combined total score should fall right on 178 points, the wager is then a "PUSH" and there is "NO ACTION".

Overtime will count for wagers placed for the game and for the second half.

Overtime will not count for fourth-quarter wagers.

Basketball Betting: Money Line

Here you wager which team is going to win, while disregarding the point spread.

For example:

Orlando Magic -280

Houston Rockets +240

Wagering on Orlando -280, lay $280 to win $100.

Wagering on Houston +240, lay $100 to win $240.

Basketball Betting: Parlay

This wager involves a selection of teams in no particular order, and in one play. All the teams must win by the pointspread margin. More teams, greater payoff.

For example:

2 team parlay for $100

Portland Trail Blazers +4

San Antonio Spurs -10

Payout in a 2-team parlay is 2.64, which means you are risking $100 to win $264. In the event of a tie or no action, the parlay will revert to the lower level payoff, except in a 2-team parlay, where a tie

will revert to a straight bet.

Basketball Betting: Teaser

This wager involves 2 to 7 teams selected together in one single wager with an adjusted point spread. In this wager, you can add points to the sides or mix both sides and totals by adding or subtracting to the totals. If one of the selections loses, the wager is considered a loss.

For example:

2 team teaser 5pts for $100

Lakers +4+5 pts = teased line is now +9

Knicks -3+5 pts = teased line is now +2

Payout in a 2-team teaser for 5 points is 10/11. In this example, lay $110 to win $100.

BASEBALL

Official Game Time

After 5 innings of play, Winners and Losers are official unless the home team is leading after 4½ innings. If a game were to be called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning. If the home team should score to tie - or else takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning and the inning is not completed, the winner is determined by the score at the time the game is called. If the home team ties the game and is then suspended, monies will be refunded. No Events will carry over to the following day, unless otherwise specified. For betting purposes, BETLUCKIESwill not recognize suspended games, protests, overturned decisions, etc.

If betting on total runs (over/under), the game should go to 9 innings (8½ if home team is ahead) to have action. Wagers on the total runs will be refunded if there is a pitcher change prior to both listed pitchers throwing at least one pitch. The rules that apply for run line wagers are the same as those for baseball totals.

The Game must be played on its scheduled date and site. During MLB Playoffs, all wagers will have action until the game is played to completion, regardless of duration or day on which they end.

Selection of Pitcher

Baseball wagers will be accepted in the following manner:

Action

Team against team, regardless of the starting pitcher. Action bets will be calculated by the opening price with the new pitcher. A pitcher is considered a starting pitcher after he throws one pitch.

Overnight Baseball

Due to scheduling changes, an overnight game might become part of a doubleheader; if this should occur, all overnight bets are action if the originally listed pitchers square off in either game.

One specified pitcher

This is a wager on or against a specified pitcher, regardless of the other starting pitcher.

Both specified pitchers (listed)

If the starting pitchers are not exactly as listed on the betting display board and/or your ticket, your bet will be considered "no action".

Note:

If there is a change in pitchers prior to the game, the money odds may be adjusted. If one scheduled pitcher starts against an unscheduled pitcher, actionwagers will be calculated by the opening price with the new pitcher. A pitcher is considered a starting pitcher after throwing one pitch.

Baseball Betting: Money Line

Betting on baseball is carried out by risking more money than the win amount on favorites or risking less to win more on dogs or underdogs (teams that are not favored to win).

BETLUCKIES offers you a special $0.10 Progressive Baseball Money Line where your odds will be tighter on closely handicapped games, thus giving you much better odds.

-220 to -285 40 Cents

-300 50 Cents

Overnight Lines are 20 Cents until 7:30am (PT)

For example:

By wagering on the Mets -140, you lay $140 to win $100. By wagering on the Reds +120,

Mets - 140

Reds + 120

you lay $100 to win $120.

Baseball Betting: Totals Over/Under

You have a standard 20 cent line.

For example:

If you take the Mets over 7 runs you lay $120 to win $100. If you take the Reds under 7 you

Mets 7 over -120

7 under Even Money

lay $100 to win $100 (even money). The team doesn't actually matter, as you are betting only on the total game runs.

Baseball Betting: Run Line Betting

A baseball Run Line bet is a combination of point spread and money line. The team you’re wagering on must win by the point spread, and the money line odds determine the amount wagered.

For example:

If you wager on the Braves, you must win by 2 or more runs. You lay $100 to win $130.

If you wager on the Pirates, they shouldn’t lose by 2 or more runs. You lay $150 to win $100.

Baseball Betting: Parlays

If placing a parlay on baseball, remember you cannot combine the run lines and totals of the same team on the same parlay because they are considered correlated wagers.

This following chart can be used to calculate payoff on baseball betting parlays; you can select from 2 to 15 teams and then use the factor that corresponds to the line if betting on the favorite; if betting on the underdog, just add 1 to the line. Maximum parlay payout is $ 150,000

For example:

Braves -1 1/2 +130

Pirates +1 1/2 -150

Taking the Pirates +220 and the Braves -135 in a 2 team parlay for $100 100 (wager) x 3.2 x

1.74 – 100 (wager)= $457

For example:

3 team parlay taking the Red Sox +148, Mets EVEN and Texas -119 for $100 100 (wager) x

2.48 x 2.00 x 1.840 – 100 (wager)= $813

If one of the first three games should get postponed, all wagers stand (ACTION). If less than 3 games are played, the team that has the advantage is the winner of the series.

All wagers are based on action (no listed pitchers)

MLB - First Halves

Bets are based on the score in the first 5 FULL INNINGS; if after the first 5 full innings the game is not completed, all the wagers on the first half will still stand. If only 4½ innings are played and the home team is ahead, the 1st half will be graded as “Short Game” (ML is

action).

All wagers are based on listed pitchers.

MLB - Second Halves

The Bets are based on the score taken from the top of the 6th inning and until the end of the game. It must be a complete game (that is to say, 9 innings or 8½ innings if the home team were ahead). Wagers include extra innings.

All wagers are action, regardless of the pitcher.

MLB - Will there be a run scored in the first inning

SOCCER

Scored (Official)

Match odds are based on the result at the end of a scheduled play of 90 minutes, unless stated otherwise. The bets are settled on the score that is standing at the end of the scheduled 90-minute play including any additional injury or stoppage times. This programmed period will not include extra time, penalty shoot out time, nor golden goal. Prices for extra time can be introduced at the end of the scheduled period.

Postponed, brought forward or abandoned matches

A match that is unplayed or postponed will be treated as a "non-runner" for the purpose of settling, unless played within the same week (that ends on a Sunday); in such a case, the bet will stand unless cancelled by mutual consent. If a match is rescheduled from the weekend to a Monday night for live TV coverage purposes, all the bets on that match will stand. If any of the matches listed on the website coupon are played prior to the denoted date or kick-off time, these matches may be included provided the wager is placed not later than the revised kick-off time. Any match abandoned before the of 90 minutes of play are completed will be void unless the match is rearranged and played the following day in which case bets will stand, except for those for which the outcome has already been determined at the time of the abandonment. For example, First Player to Score or Time of the First Goal bets will stand if a goal has been scored at the time of abandonment. The only exception to this abandoned match rule is regarding all South American domestic matches, where the bets will be settled on the score at the time of the abandonment, if and when the pertaining league allows the result to stand. The score at the end of the 90-minute play will be taken to be the final result. The extra time will not be considered part of the match. The Results issued by the Pools Panel regarding matches that are postponed are not admissible and any such matches will be void.

Betting on Soccer

Money line wager on soccer give you a draw line as well as sides. In case of a draw (for example 1-1), all the wagers on either of the sides will be graded as losers. Also, in the event of a draw, only wagers placed on the draw line will be graded as a win. This rule will not apply to bets that are placed on the spread.

The result of the game will be decided after 90 minutes of play plus injury time. Extra time, overtime and golden goal will not be taken into consideration for soccer bets unless otherwise stated.

If any match were abandoned or postponed, all bets will be void unless the market result that is relevant to the bet has already happened. For example, a betting for "first goal scorer" will stand if a goal has already been scored.

Wherever a venue is changed, the bets will stand unless the game is to be played at the original venue, in which case all bets will be void.

Matches not played as listed

Whenever the venue of any match that is arranged is changed, that selection will be void.

SOCCER WORLD CUP: Tie-breaking criteria

1. Which advanced the farthest

2. Which has the greater number of points in all the group matches

3. The goal difference in all the group matches

4. The greater number of goals scored in all the group matches

5. The greatest number of points attained in matches between tied teams

6. The goal difference in matches played between tied teams

7. The greatest number of goals scored in matches played between tied teams

Asian Handicap

Handicap (as well as spread as used in American sports) means a fictive head start given to one of the teams, which by default would be the underdog, which will be virtually leading the game by 0.25 goal, 0.5 goal, 0.75 goal , 1 goal, 1.5 goal, etc. The punter must back the favorite to beat this handicap or else back the underdog to hold it. The default handicap may also be 0 goals (level ball) when both teams are deemed more or less equal.

The bets for Asian Handicap are settled by adding the handicap to the actual game result.

For example, if Wigan received a 0.5 goal advantage against Blackburn (Wigan +0.5) and the game ends with a draw, the bet on Wigan wins by half a goal. Bets on Blackburn win if Rovers just wins, regardless of the result. When we have a -1.5 handicap, the favorite must win the game by a margin of at least 2 goals, or the underdog (+1.5) would be winning by half or more goals. For the 0, 1 and 2 goals handicaps, the result for betting purposes could be a virtual draw; in this case, all stakes are refunded. For example, if Man United is set one goal down to Middlesbrough, and they win by exactly 1 goal, the Asian Handicap result is a draw and all bets will be settled as void.

Many Asian Handicap lines cover the same thing as other betting options: the 0 goals handicap is equal to "Draw No Bet", the +0.5 is the same as backing the underdog at "Double Chance", the -1.5 is the same as the Euro Handicap (0:1). The odds are usually higher, though.

In live (in-play) betting, the Asian Handicap bets usually apply only to the remaining time of the game and NOT to the whole 90 minutes. Be sure to check the bookmake’rs rules first thing.

SPLIT HANDICAPS (or Quarter Ball)

Asian Handicap betting comes with "split" handicaps just because lines like -0.25 or +1.75 seem awkward. Several bookies and sites use different formats to show the same thing so you might see

0.75 depicted as "3/4" or "0.5”, as “1/2" ; 1.25 as "1 1/4", etc.

Most bookies may provide a hint in the way they are displaying handicaps like 0, 0.5 or 0.5, 1. In these cases, the bet is basically split into two separate handicap bets. For example, if you bet 10 EUR on -0.75 (-0.5, -1) goal handicap, you bet in fact 5 EUR on -0.5 and 5 EUR on -1 goal handicap. If your team wins by 2-1, half of your bet (5 EUR) is winning with the given odds (the one for the -0.5 handicap) and the other half of your stake will be refunded.

GOAL LINES (Totals)

Asian goal lines (in other words, betting on the total number of goals scored in a game) are quite alike to the classic under/over bets, but you can find many more different lines such as 1.75 goals, 2.25 goals etc. which work under the same idea as split handicaps. Remember, in live betting (unlike Asian Handicap) goal lines apply to the whole 90 minutes of play.

Betting on Hockey

NHL -Alternative Pucklines & Totals include overtime and shootouts

Line Types

We have 3 different line types for Hockey: Canadian Line, 3 Way Option Line, and Straight Money Line.

Betting on Hockey: Canadian Line

Canadian line is a combination goal line and money line. The money line is a 20 cent line for straight bets.

For example:

Boston Bruins +1 1/2 -140

L.A. Kings -1 1/2 +120

If a client were betting on the Kings, they would give-up a goal and a half and risk $100 to win $120, and the Kings must win by at least two goals. If they were betting on the Bruins,

they would get a goal and half but would risk $140 to win $100.

Betting on Hockey: Money Line

All money line options are prices to win the game outright, in accordance to NHL rules.

For example:

Boston Bruins +110

L.A. Kings -130

Selecting the Bruins to win the game, if you bet $100 it would win you $110. If selecting the Kings to win, risk $130 to win $100.

Betting on Hockey: Totals Over/Under

For example:

Bruins +1 1/2 -140 5 OVER -130

Kings -1 1/2 +120

Besides having favorites on sides, you also have favorites on totals; for over 5 goals, the customer would lay $130 to win $100. If betting on the game to go under five goals the customer goes with the underdog so they receive a larger return, risking $100 to win $110. If

no money line is indicated, the total has a "FLAT" line or -110 whether betting over or under, in which case the customer lays $110 to win $100 either way. When wagering on total goals, if the score falls on the number (in this case five) it will be deemed "no action".

Hockey Parlays Betting

In hockey parlays, you can combine from 2 to 15 teams into a single wager, thus resulting in higher betting payouts such as in baseball parlays. Note: Hockey parlays are calculated similarly to how they are calculated in baseball. Maximum parlay payout is $150,000.

GENERAL RULES FOR HORSE BETTING

1. BETLUCKYS’ management reserves the right to restrict any amounts, any bets, on any tracks, and at any time.

2. After management verifies race results, if it finds your wager was past-posted, it will thus be disqualified from winnings, and your original bet will be returned to your account.

3. You can also parlay your race track betting. Parlays have a maximum payoff of 100/1 for win, 40/1 for place, and 20/1 for show, and with a maximum net profit determined by the lowest level track used in the parlay. If for example you make a win parlay using a category "A" track with a category "C" track, maximum net profit would be of $10,000 or 100-1, whichever is lower.

4. Bets on All Major U.S. Tracks are available; we are not connected to the pari-mutuel pool and your bets do not affect track odds.

5. In all Quarter Horse Racing, Maximum Net Profit Per Race is of $1,000

6. Phone wagers have the requirement of a $20 minimum risk per call. The minimum internet wager is $1. Wagers of less than $1 are not supported by our software.

7. Should a wager be made before early scratches are announced, this wager will be refunded. If, for example, you should wager on a pick and one of your legs is scratched before the early scratches

are posted, you will receive a refund. All wagers affected will be refunded, regardless of you having any winning legs or not.

HOW HORSES AND RACES ARE SPECIFIED

1. Identification of horses is made by saddlecloth number and not using their name.

2. Clients are responsible for their horse and race numbers selections.

3. When wagering on a coupled horse, the wager includes all horses running under that specific number. When a horse is coupled with others, betting on any of them makes you receive all horses that are running as part of the entry. If part of an entry is scratched and part runs, all the wagers have action. No "must go" action is part of the entry. If one entry horse runs, all bet types and wagers have action

4. Wagers such as "Turf Only", "Main Track Only" or any other conditional wagers are not accepted.

5. When a horse is accidentally shown as scratched in our menu but still runs, there will be no refunds awarded for any wagers made in that race.

BETTING ODDS AND LIMITS

1. Based on track category, each individual race has a maximum net profit. When calculating the race profit, Daily Doubles, Pick 3's and Pick 4's count towards the last race in its sequence. This is

calculated using the formula Net Profit is equal to Net Payout For Race minus the Total Amount Wagered For Race. This will reset each individual race.

2. For show bets, there is a $20,000 limit, per horse and per bet type. Any wager that is placed over this will be considered "No Action".

will get paid out the whole minus the takeout percentage. If there is no pool information available, the payout will be 3 times the consolation payout period. If there is no take out information available,

the default will be 20%. If it should be paid out to the whole pool, no consolation payouts on the same rates will apply. All the normal tracks limits still apply.

6. Account will be suspended if there is any attempt to play negative pool hedges.

track used in the parlay. If for example you make a win parlay using a category "A" track with a category "C" track, maximum net profit would be of $10,000 or 100-1, whichever is lower or 100-1,

whichever is lower.

9. Bets on All Major U.S. Tracks are available; we are not connected to the pari-mutuel pool and track odds are not affected by your bets.

10. All Quarter Horse Racing, Maximum Net Profit Per Race is $1,000

11. For non-North American simulcasts, payouts are calculated based upon US. pari-mutuel pool, not based on the host tracks. If no US. pari-mutuel prices are available, all wagers will then be cancelled.
